Castel successfully exits Elliot Metalworks joint venture

Castel has successfully exited its investment in Elliot Metalworks following an agreement with joint venture partner Agia Projects.

Following the transaction, Elliot Metalworks will become Agia Projects’ bespoke metalworks division, supporting its residential projects while expanding its work as a specialist metalwork subcontractor for builders and developers.

Castel and Agia Projects intend to continue working together where opportunities arise. As part of the ongoing relationship, Agia Projects Director Athan Giannikos will join Castel’s Advisory Board.
